Quality Control

Quality control does not end when a container leaves our warehouse. We stay engaged with buyers through delivery and beyond, and we take feedback on arrived shipments seriously, using it to tighten our sourcing and inspection standards where needed.

Every Shipment Carries Our Name

Trusted by businesses worldwide
Handling thousands of shipments each year with care
Supporting clients across dozens of markets

We work with importers, wholesalers, and procurement teams who cannot afford surprises at the port of arrival. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

AN Global Trading was built on a simple principle: what leaves our warehouse must be worth the trust our buyers place in us. Whether it is a container of Basmati rice bound for the Middle East or a bulk order of non-Basmati rice headed to a distribution hub in Europe, every consignment passes through a quality process designed to protect our clients before it ever protects our reputation.

Quality Control

Product Quality

Quality control at AN Global Trading starts long before a product reaches our facility. We select sourcing partners based on consistency of harvest, grain integrity, and adherence to agreed specifications, not on price alone. Each incoming lot is checked against the buyer’s required grade, moisture content, grain length, and purity before it is accepted into inventory.

For rice specifically, this means verification of:

Moisture and broken grain percentage
Foreign matter and admixture levels
Grain length, uniformity, and polish
Aroma and cooking quality, sampled batch by batch

As we expand into pink salt, sesame seeds, sports goods, surgical instruments, and leather products, the same principle applies to every category we add: no product enters our export pipeline without meeting the specification agreed with the client.

Inspection Process

We treat inspection as a series of checkpoints rather than a single event.

Pre-shipment sampling

Representative samples are drawn from each lot and checked against buyer-approved specifications before packing begins.

In-process checks

During cleaning, grading, and packing, our team monitors for consistency, contamination, and any deviation from the agreed order.

Pre-loading verification

Before a container is sealed, a final check confirms quantity, packaging condition, labeling accuracy, and documentation match the purchase order.

Third-party inspection

For buyers who require independent verification, we accommodate inspection by recognized third-party agencies (such as SGS or equivalent) prior to shipment, at the client’s request.

AN Global Trading Quality Control

Packaging is where a lot of export quality is won or lost, and we treat it accordingly. Our packaging is selected based on the product, the mode of transport, and the climate conditions of the destination market.

Export-standard bags, liners, and containers suited to sea freight
Reinforced outer packaging for products prone to handling damage in transit

International Export Quality Requirements

Selling into international markets means working within a different set of rules for every destination. Our team stays current on the documentation, phytosanitary, and compliance requirements of the markets we ship to, so that buyers are not left managing regulatory gaps on their end.

Phytosanitary and fumigation certificates

Certificates of origin and import compliance

Halal and other market-specific certifications

Destination-market quality and labeling compliance

Customer Satisfaction

Quality control does not end when a container leaves our warehouse. We stay engaged with buyers through delivery and beyond, and we take feedback on arrived shipments seriously, using it to tighten our sourcing and inspection standards where needed.

Our goal with every client relationship is the same: a buyer who reorders because the last shipment matched exactly what was promised, not because they had no other choice.
